Susan E (Molnar) King

Susan E King, 72 of Piscataway, passed away suddenly at RWJUH in Somerville on Monday, July 31 2017 with her loving family by her side. Born in New Brunswick, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Molnar.

 When Susan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Rutgers University Douglass College, it was one of the proudest moments of her life. She was a woman of many interests and hobbies. She loved the Lady Scarlet Knights basketball team and was able to share her love of basketball with her granddaughter. Susan enjoyed playing tennis and was looking forward to the upcoming US Open. She enjoyed being a member of the PTO and always kept her eye on local politics. She loved going to the shore, playing cards and was always looking forward to both Halloween and Christmas. Her second family were the dogs she adopted. Her greatest joy however came from raising her family and keeping a loving home. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Susan was tragically predeceased by her beloved husband Ronald on June 14, 2017. She is survived by her loving daughters; Tracey King-Rumelhart and husband Jeremy of Bethlehem, PA, Jodie King and husband Bryan Chabra of Piscataway, her cherished grandchildren Jayden and Chloe Rumelhart, and by her sister Janet Gombos and husband Donald of Monroe Township, as well as by many nieces and nephews and dear friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, August 7 from 11:00-am-11;45am at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave in Dunellen. A funeral service will be held at 11:45am at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Susan's name to the ASPCA at ASPCA.org/donate
