Maryann (Mondoro) Amato

Maryann Amato, 60, of Piscataway, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center in Somerville, with her loving family by her side. Born in Somerville, she is the daughter of Rose (Farenga) and the late John Mondoro.

Maryann was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 2009, her brother Philip in 1994 and her father John in 2011. She is survived by her mother, Rose Mondoro, and by her loving children, her daughter Christina Rose and her husband Robert of Piscataway, and her son Joseph of Florida. She is also survived by her sister Jennifer Costantino and husband Joseph of Middlesex, her brother John Mondoro and wife Annette of Ringoes, her brother in law Patrick Amato and wife Donna of Piscataway. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Maryann will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A viewing will be held on Friday, August 5 from 4:00PM-8:00PM at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave in Dunellen. A service will held at the funeral home at 9:00AM on Saturday August 6, with burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway.
