Vincent Isabella Jr, a lifelong resident of Middlesex, New Jersey passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 72.
Vincent was born in Jersey City, New Jersey on May 30, 1950 to Vincent and Helen Isabella. He graduated from Middlesex High School as a record holding track and field athlete. Vincent then continued his education and graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1974.
Throughout his career, Vincent worked in construction as a crane operator where he developed a reputation for his hard work, dedication, and attention to detail and took great pride in his work. Vin developed his trade and retired after 55 years as a devoted member of the Local 825 International Union of Operating Engineers.
Vin was a devout Catholic and lifelong member of St. John’s Catholic Church in Dunellen, NJ.
Vincent enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was an outdoors enthusiast who loved spending time in nature, hunting and fishing. He had a kind heart and a quick wit. But beneath his playful exterior was a deep and abiding love for his family, and he always took care of them.
Vincent will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. His memory will live on through the countless lives he touched and the love he shared with those closest to him. Vin is survived by his siblings, Maryann Isabella-Morin (husband Bob Morin), Michael Isabella (predeceased wife Adrienne Isabella) and Jerry Isabella (wife, Patty Isabella); and also by his nieces and nephews Jennifer Isabella-Saunders, Jason Isabella, Josh Moscetti, Nicole Moscetti-Hagaman, Carly Isabella-Murin, and Haley Isabella as well as his many great nieces and nephews. Vincent is preceded in death by his parents Vincent and Helen Isabella.

Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, May 9 from 5:00-8:00pm at the Sheenan Funeral Home in Dunellen. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 10 at 10:00am at St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church in Dunellen with burial to follow at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway.
