Samuel B. Lippincott

Samuel B. Lippincott, age 86, of Dunellen, passed away on March 28, 2026 in Somerville. He was the beloved husband of the late Doris (Winderman) Lippincott, his high school sweetheart.

Born on February 29, 1940, in Easton, PA, Sam was the son of the late Samuel B, Sr. and Marcella Lippincott.

He was an honorably discharged veteran who served in the United States Army.

He was a diehard Philadelphia Eagles and New York Mets fan. One of his favorite hobbies was hunting deer and pheasant, fishing, and crabbing with his buddy Jimmy York. Sam and Jimmy did everything together. Sam was an avid bowler as well.

Sam is survived by his daughter, Candace Lippincott - Nagy and her husband Eric, and his son, Todd Lippincott, and his wife, Lisa. He was the grandfather of Victoria, Kyle, Kevin, Jeanne, and Konnor.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Sunday, April 12, 2026 from 5:00 PM and his funeral service at 7:00 PM. Burial will be private
