Roger Buratti

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved father, Roger G. Buratti, 71, of Piscataway. He passed away peacefully on October 19, 2023 in Somerville, NJ.

Roger was born on March 25, 1952, to Vincent and Rachel Buratti in Anchorage,AK. He graduated from Middlesex High School. Roger founded RGB Disposal in 1978, where he worked for the last 46 years and will be missed dearly. On the weekends you could find Roger enjoying the simple pleasures of life eating crabs, sucking down clams, fishing or telling a bad joke. His love for laughter and humor will be forever remembered and carried on.

Roger was preceded in death by his wife, Anne, his parents, Vincent and Rachel Buratti, and his brother Peter and Kenneth.

Roger is survived by his loving fiancee, Mary Maldonado; sons,Vincent and Joseph Buratti; brother and sister, Lynn Page-Heinrich and Lee; 6 grandchildren:Kaia,Logan,Skylar,Julian,Axel, and Charles.

A celebration of Roger's life will be held on November 2nd at the Somerville Elks 375 Union Ave,Bridgewater NJ 08807 from 5-9pm. We will gather to remember Roger with stories, jokes, and puns and share the many memories.
