Priscila (Sayers) Boudreau passed away at her home on April 2, 2023.
Priscilla was born January 10, 1946 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. She graduated from Metuchen High School and attended Newark State College (now Kean University). On September 19, 1970 she married Arthur Boudreau and a short time later moved to Dunellen, where she resided the rest of her life.
For 35 years Priscilla served as the secretary of the former Dunellen United Methodist Church, where she was also an active member. She thoroughly enjoyed the lifelong friendships she made there especially with her Naomi Circle “sisters”. Her favorite pastimes included: movies, books, coloring, paper dolls and decorating the house for every imaginable holiday. And she always looked forward to monthly reunion lunches with the ladies of MHS Class of 1964.
Priscilla is predeceased by her parents John Sayers and Maude Evelyn (Mason) Sayers as well as her husband Arthur. Surviving are her son Michael and wife Yaneth of Atlanta, Georgia, her son Scott and wife Michele of Dunellen, her brother John Preston Sayers and wife Lucille of Metuchen, her pride and joy - grandchildren Ashley and Andrew, nieces Michelle (Rob) Strauss of Metuchen and Kelly of Chipley, Florida, great-niece Lily and great-nephew Cole.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, April 6th from 5-8pm at Sheenan Funeral Home in Dunellen, NJ located at 233 Dunellen Avenue, Dunellen NJ. Additionally, the family will receive visitors from 9-10am on Saturday, April 8th also at Sheenan Funeral Home followed by 10:00am services. Burial will take place later that day at Old Tennent Cemetery, 454 Tennent Road, Manalapan NJ 07763.
