Mike Kooklin, Jr.

Mike Kooklin, Jr., beloved brother and friend, passed away peacefully while on hospice at JFK Hospital on July 3, 2023.

Mike (a/k/a Big Mike, Tex) was born in Plainfield, New Jersey to Margaret and Michael Kooklin on November 5, 1956.

Mike enjoyed various jobs including being a gas station attendant, a security guard, maintenance working for the South Plainfield  Department of Public Works and a warehouse worker for Phoenix Friction Products in Middlesex. He also had exceptional handyman skills!

He enjoyed playing video games and listening to music.

Mike is predeceased by his parents and sister, B. Hellrigel. He will be sorely missed by all that knew and loved him.
