Maureen (McKee) O'Leary

Maureen McKee O’Leary, 79, of Dunellen, NJ passed away peacefully in the company of her five children on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.  Born March 22, 1943 in the Bronx NY, where she was raised, she was the daughter of the late Catherine (nee: McGee) and Andrew McKee.  She was a loving homemaker to her five children and a guiding light to their success in life.  She was a kind, generous and tremendously warm person.   Her five grandchildren were the light of her life.  She will be profoundly missed.

She was predeceased by her sister, Karen O’Leary, in 2017.  Maureen is survived by her son, John D. O’Leary and girlfriend Carol Katadeen, her daughters Tracy Tevyaw and son-in-law Joseph, Merri O’Leary, Faith Delaney and son-in-law Kevin, Jennifer O’Leary and her boyfriend Michael Kelton; grandchildren Declan Tevyaw, Devin Tevyaw, Jimmy Delaney, Ella Delaney and Lauren Delaney, her niece Collen Twill and husband John, her nephew Daniel O’Leary and wife Christine, and her great-nephew John Twill and great-niece Shannon Twill.

A memorial service in her honor, will take place on Saturday, November 5th from 10 am-1 pm, with a service beginning at 12:30 p.m. at Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Avenue, Dunellen, NJ 08812.
