Margaret (Bradley) Bassler

Margaret Bassler, 81 of Dunellen, passed away on October 30, 2020 in JFK Medical Center in Edison.

Peggy was born in Newark New Jersey to Frank and Sarah Bradley on February 4th, 2020.  She married Milton David Bassler on March 26th 1960.  She graduated from Union High School in 1957.  Peggy was a homemaker and was an officer in Bassler Weed Control.  She was a Girl Scout leader from 1971 to 1979.

Peggy is preceded in death by her husband Milton David Bassler and her parents, Frank and Sarah Bradley. Peggy is survived by her daughters, Katherine Bassler and Donna Bassler.

The family of Margaret wish to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Casale and the team at Pulmonary Internists, to Dr. Barsky and his team and all the nurses and aids that cared for her at JFK Medical Center

There will be a visitation on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020 from 4-7PM at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave, Dunellen. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, November 4th at 10AM at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
