Jose Antonio "Pepe" Davila

Jose Antonio “Pepe” Davila, 52, of North Plainfield, passed away on July 9th, in North Plainfield.

Jose Antonio was born Arequipa, Peru to Jose Fermin Davila and Gladys Davila on May 3rd, 1971.  He went to school at San Francisco de Asis in Arequipa, and graduated from North Plainfield High School.  He was a hard working, well-liked member of the community, who held a variety of positions over the years.

Jose Antonio is preceded in death by his father, Jose Fermin Davila.  He is survived by his mother, Gladys, his two sisters, Claudia and Ursula, his two brother-in-laws, and his nephews Rogan and Alonso and niece Emilia, whom he loved deeply, along with his extended family in Peru, including many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Friends may visit the family on Friday, July 14 from 7:00-8:00pm at the Sheenan Funeral Home in Dunellen. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 15 at 9:30am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in North Plainfield. All other services will be held privately.
