John H. Sparling

John H. Sparling died on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Green Knoll Care Center. He was 84 years old.

John was born in Canada. He settled in Dunellen several years ago. He was a truck driver for DMD Trucking, South Plainfield. John served his country during the Vietnam War. He is a member of the VFW Post 5479 and the American Legion Post 119 in Dunellen.

He is predeceased by his parents, George and Nora Sparling, his brothers, George and Doug Sparling, and his sister Ruth. John is survived by his brother, Wes Sparling of Holiday, Florida, and his companion of 41 years, Billie Klemser of Dunellen and her two children, Robert and Kim Klemser, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Services are pending. Arrangements are by the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Avenue, Dunellen, New jersey 08812.
