John P. Falcon, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2024, at Foothill Acre Rehabilitation and Nursing Home, Hillsborough, NJ.
He was 87.
Born and raised in the Bronx borough of NYC, John spent his formative years in a vibrant, culturally rich neighborhood which developed his street smart, resilient, New Yorker personality. John’s adventurous life took him to many places, but he called Green Brook, NJ, home for over the last two decades.
John had a wide range of experiences in his career, with some highlights including a brief stint in the film industry, a long tenure at A&P Supermarket, and concluding with Forest Lodge Catering.
A Korean War veteran and paratrooper, John was deeply admired for his warmth, wit, and culinary skills - often cooking for large family gatherings. He is remembered for his courtesy and the strong values he instilled in his family.
John is survived by his wife, Elaine (Beliveau) Falcon; his sons, Gregg (and his partner Kelly), Sean, and Dustin; brother Dennis. He was preceded in death by brothers Gregg and Manny. John's legacy of laughter and kindness will forever resonate with those who knew him.
