John Clausen

John Clausen, died Sunday, March 31, 2024. At home. He was 83 years old.

John was born in New Brunswick, N.J. He was raised in Kenilworth before moving to Middlesex in 1967. Before his retirement he worked as a machine inspector. He served his community as a fireman for many years with the Middlesex Fire Department, Lincoln Hose Company and is an exempt fireman.

John is predeceased by his parents, John and Olga (Shern) Clausen and his granddaughter, Brenda Lee. He is survived by his children, John and his wife Michelle Clausen of Short Hills; his daughter, Michele Clausen of Middlesex; his twin brother, Joseph Clausen and his wife Estelle of Chatham; and his 5 grandchildren, Jarad, Elliot, John, Max and Greta.

Visitation will be Monday, April 8, 2024 from 10:00AM to 12:00PM at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Avenue, Dunellen, New Jersey 08812.
