Jeanette (Kalmar) Horai

Jeanette Horai, 68, of Piscataway, passed away suddenly on Monday, November 25, 2019. Born in Gothenburg, Sweden, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Elli (Nieminen) Kalmar.

Jeanette worked for and was highly involved with Our Lady of Fatima Parish for over 30 years. She cherished being  Mom and Nana. She also enjoyed bowling and spending time with her family and friends. She always found time to help others.

Jeanette is survived by her daughters Kim and husband Rob, Michelle and husband Steve, and Dawn and  husband Kyle. Grandchildren, Colin, Ellie, Abby, and Emily. Sister Disa and husband Ray

Friends may visit the family on Sunday, December 1, from 2:00-6:00pm at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave in Dunellen. A mass will be celebrated on Monday, December 2 at 10:30 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Piscataway. All other services are private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jeanette’s name to The American Heart Association
