James Andrew Galambos

James Andrew Galambos, 76, of Piscataway, passed away on January 1, 2024 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ.

Jim was born in Rahway, NJ to Herbert A. and Grace (Swain) Galambos on November 18, 1947.  Jim graduated from Piscataway High School.  He served in the U.S. Air Force and worked for the U.S. Post Office for many years.

Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Grace Galambos.

He is survived by his daughter, Dawn Genteel (James) and their daughters, Brianna and Brielle; his son, James Galambos, Jr. and his son, Jackson; his brother, John Galambos (Delores) and their two sons, J.J. and Keith, and daughter, Angelique.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 4 from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Sheenan Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 5 at 10:00 AM at the Sheenan Funeral Home followed by interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway, NJ.
