Helen Kathryn (Dafcik) Green

Helen K. Green, 79, of Middlesex, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2021 at her home. Helen was born in Plainfield to Helen and Ernie Dafcik on July 14, 1942.

Helen was a graduate of Dunellen High School. She married Joseph Francis Green on July 21, 1961 in Dunellen. Helen worked as a Technical/Educational Administrator. consulting and sales for Harrison Bell Inc. USA/England for 10 years. Helen traveled the world, going to England, Australia and New Zealand. She was involved in ceramics, sewing, quilting and started Green Ceramics in Middlesex in 1970. She loved sewing and taught sewing and quilting. Helen had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone.

Helen is predeceased by her parents, Helen and Ernie Dafcik. She is survived by her husband Joseph Francis Green, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph E. Green, and daughter Mary K. Green, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew M. Gagliano and Grand fur babies Smudge and Kelsie.

Friends may visit the family on Monday, January 3, 2022 from 2:00-4:00pm  at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Avenue in Dunellen. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 with cremation to be held privately.
