Gretchen Hass Knoblauch

On May 18, 2020, after a long illness, Gretchen Knoblauch, beloved sister, partner and friend, passed away at the age of 67.

Gretchen was born on June 8, 1952 to Alvin and Dorothy Hass of Bound Brook, NJ. She was the 3rd of five children. She was predeceased by her husband, Al Knoblauch and her parents, Al and Dot Hass. She is survived by her good friend and loving companion of over 30 years, Richard Presser of Burlington, NJ. She is also survived by her sisters, Gail Hass and Janet St. Jean, both of Westfield, MA, as well as her brothers, Paul Hass, of Johns Creek, GA and Jim Hass of Springfield, MA.

Gretchen was a proud member of The Community Emergency Response Team of Burlington County. She was an active member of The Broad Street Methodist Church. She was an avid collector of vintage postcards.

Heartfelt thanks go out to Pastor Kim Crutchfield and the many dedicated parishioners who visited and prayed for Gretchen.  Heartfelt thanks also go out to the compassionate care of Hospice of Moorestown.

A memorial service will be held at a future date.
