Francisco A Rovito

Francisco A. Rovito died on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at home, surrounded by family. He was 91 years old.

Francisco was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He came to the United States of America in 1965. He has lived in Dunellen since 1971. He taught bilingual math and science at Plainfield High School for several years before his retirement. He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Buenos Aires, a BA in education at Kean College and his master’s degree in math and science at Fordham University.

Francisco is predeceased by his parents, Rafael and Romilda (Greco) Rovito. He is survived by his wife Rosina (Pileggi) Rovito; his son Rafael Rovito and his wife Tina Marie of Piscataway; his grandchildren, Anthony V. and Gianna M Rovito.

Visitation is on Monday, November 18, 2024 from 2:00PM – 5:00PM at Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Avenue, Dunellen NJ 08812. Funeral will be on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 10:00AM at Sheenan Funeral Home. A Mass will be offered at 11:00AM at Saint John the Evangelist RC Church, Dunellen.

Cremation will be private.
