Ernest (Jody) Valentino

Passed away on July 28th, 2022 in the comfort of his home with the love of his life, Amy Spock. Jody was born in Jersey City, NJ to the parents of William Valentino and Carol Reynolds.

Jody is survived by his significant other Amy Spock; his father William Valentino; his mother Carol and her husband,  Gordon Reynolds; his brother James Valentino; his sisters and brother in law Antoinette and Paul Zarelli and Kelly and William Madden; grandmother Madelyn (Dolly); nieces Stephanie Pfancook, Paige and Brooklyn Madden; nephews Joseph Zarelli and William Madden and great nieces Alanna, Avalynn and Madeline Pfancook. He is preceded in death is his brother Salvatore Valentino

Jody’s life was cut short, but he touched the hearts of many. He lived most of his life in Piscataway, NJ, working at American Express and GE Healthcare. Jody was a skilled carpenter and learned many of his skills from his good friend Bruce Buratti.

Jody was an avid Rocky fan, had a love for turtles and was an outdoorsman. You could often find Jody spending time gardening, fishing, riding motorbikes and sightseeing. Jody will be deeply missed by friends, family and all who knew him.
