Edward Decker

On March 15, 2022 Edward Decker, beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend passed away peacefully.

He was best known for his love of sports, handyman skills, his mathematical ability, memory skills and was an all-around wonderful guy.

He enjoyed being around his family and friends – having picnics and going to classic car shows.

He leaves behind the love of his life of 60 years, Joanne Decker (nee Fryzel), daughter Sharon Murphy (nee Decker), son-in law Gordon Murphy, grandson Gordon T. Murphy, and his recently deceased (March 10, 2022) daughter, Deborah Decker.

He also leaves behind many relatives, in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends who will always cherish his memory.

Family and friends may visit the Sheenan Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 for a visitation from 9 to 11 a.m., with an 11 a.m. service at the funeral home. Entombment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway.
