Corrine Mary (Corbo) Pisano

Corrine Mary (Corbo) Pisano, a woman of immense strength, grace, and devotion, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2026 surrounded by family and unwavering love. Though her battle with cancer was short, she fought with a tenacity and dignity that defined her entire life, never wavering in her love for those around her. She was 73 years old.

Born on August 15, 1952, Corrine a lifelong resident of North Plainfield and Dunellen.  She graduated from North Plainfield High School in 1970.  Corrine was the cornerstone of her family, providing a foundation of warmth and support that will be deeply missed. Her legacy of perseverance and the way she faced her final days serves as an inspiration to all who knew her.

She was the beloved wife of Charles Pisano with whom she shared 55 years of marriage.  Corrine was a loving mother to her three daughters, Jennifer Pisano, Sandy Catenaro and her husband Anthony, and Kelly Stabile and her husband Paul. She was the proud grandmother to four grandsons, Michael Catenaro, Aiden Stabile, Ryan Stabile, and Nicholas Pisano. She also leaves behind her brother, Joseph Corbo and his wife Philicia, along with many beloved nieces and nephews. Corrine was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Kathleen Corbo.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the amazingly compassionate nurses and doctors at RWJ Somerset who provided Corrine with exceptional care and support during her brief illness.

Service Information

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at Sheenan Funeral Home from 2 PM to 5 PM, and on Monday, March 23rd from 10 AM and to her funeral service at 11:00 AM. Private cremation will follow.
