Carolyn Denise (Kasper) Koch, age 65, of Piscataway, passed away on November 27, 2025 in Rahway after a brief illness.
Carolyn was born on March 23, 1960 in Plainfield and was the daughter of William Kasper of Tuckerton, and the late Nancy O’Reily.
She attended Fairleigh Dickenson University.
Carolyn was employed as an Emergency Medical Technician, and transitioned to the transportation industry where she was a school bus driver, dispatcher, and rose through the ranks to general manager for the Durham Transportation Company.
Carolyn enjoyed and took part in the annual Bus Rodeo competitions held every year where she placed in the top tier of competitions, and even won first place in one of the rodeos.
She enjoyed crafting, painting, and playing golf. Being outdoors taking hikes, paddling a canoe, and taking trips to the Jersey shore to spend time with her sister’s family were many of her favorite past times.
Simply relaxing at home in her pool during the beautiful summer provided the safe, and comforting space for her children and her friends to visit and have fun.
In addition to her father, Carolyn is survived by her 2 sons: Robert Koch and his wife Kimberly of Bound Brook, and Eric Koch and his wife Karen of Piscataway. Her grandchildren: Ethan, and Liam Koch, and Lucas, Aaron, and Raphael Koch. Her brother: Tom Kasper, and sister: Terri Morelli.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Carolyn’s viewing on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 11:00 AM and to her service of Christian burial at 1:00 PM at Sheenan Funeral Home. Her interment will be private.
