Betty Ann (Liska) Reyes

Betty Ann (Liska) Reyes, age 60 of Piscataway, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2026 in Somerville. She was the beloved wife of Oscar Jose Reyes.

Born on September 14, 1965 in Plainfield, Betty Ann was the daughter of the late William Dennis, and Barbara Ann (Davison) Liska.

She was a Dunellen native having graduated from Dunellen High School where she was a member of the color guard.

Family was an integral part of her life. She was a devoted mother who supported her family in every endeavor and would attend every family event that was held.

Your kids love you dearly mom and we are forever grateful for raising us. We will carry on your values, keep our memories alive, and smile the smiles you have given us well into the future.

In addition to her husband, Betty Ann is survived by her son, Manuel Cruz, Jr and his wife Marquita of NC, her daughter, Elizabeth Ann Cruz of Piscataway. Her grandchildren, Delilah, Mason, Noah, and Braydon. Her sisters, Deborah Trindle, and Barbara Liska. Her stepfather, Ronald DeRemer, and her stepsisters, Brenda, Patricia, and Sharron.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 from 10:00 AM, and to her funeral service at 12 noon at Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave., Dunellen. Burial will follow at Bound Brook Cemetery.
