Thu Kim Nguyen

On December 8th, 2019, Thu Kim Nguyen, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, sister in law, aunt and friend, passed away at the age of 79 at her home in Piscataway.

Thu was born on February 1st, 1940 to Mau V Pham and Lai T Nguyen in An Hoi, Ben Tre, Vietnam.  She met her Hoang M Le and married in 1964 until his death in 1969.  They had one son.In May 1987, Thu resettled in the United States with her son and was joined by her father, siblings, nieces and nephews in years later.  She has resided in Piscataway, NJ since then.

Thu is predeceased by her husband, parents and brothers.  She is survived by:

Son:                    Hung H Le and wife Oanh T Pham.
Grandchildren:      Ryan H Le and Michelle V Le.
Brother:                Viet T Nguyen, wife Phuong Hoang Nguyen and children.
Sister:                  Kieu T Nguyen, son Khai Nguyen and wife.
Brother:                Dung T Nguyen, wife Thu Nguyen and son.
Brother:                 Bao T Pham, wife Hong Nguyen and children.
Sister:                    My T Pham and daughter.

She is also survived by her cousins, nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

There will be a visitation on Sunday, December 15, 2019 from 12PM to 4PM at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Avenue, Dunellen.  A funeral mass will take place on December 16, 2019 at 10:30AM at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 501 New Market Rd, Piscataway.  Cremation to follow at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, 95 Mt Airy Rd, Basking Ridge.
