Louise C (Burke) Lane

Louise C. Lane, 87 of Edison, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center in Edison with her loving family by her side. Born in Queens Village, NY, she was the daughter of the late James and Dorothy Burke.

Louise worked as an Office Manager for several years for the dental practice of Dr. Andrew Galante of Warren.

Besides her parents, Louise was predeceased by her beloved husband Edward in 1978, her son Peter in 2005 and by her longtime companion John Prygrocki. She is survived by her son Michael of Edison, her late son Peter's wife, Susan, her grandchildren, Christina Collins, Catherine Shapiro, Kevin Lane, Jason Lane, and Megan Keith. She is also survived by her adored 6 great grandchildren.

Friends can visit the family on Monday, June 10 from 4:00-8:00pm at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave in Dunellen. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 11 at 10:00am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Lake Nelson Cemetery in Piscataway.
