Louis E. Sullo

Louis Edward Sullo of South Plainfield passed away peacefully at 96 years of age on September 25, 2019. Born in Plainfield, NJ, he lived in South Plainfield for the last 64 years. Louis graduated from North Plainfield High School. A Veteran, he served honorably in the U.S. Navy during WWII. During his career, Louis worked for Howell Electric Motors, Mattel Corp. and the Plainfield County Club. Louis was an avid bowler for many years and enjoyed playing golf. He had a hole in one in 1993.

Louis is survived by his wife of 72 years, Helen, son Edward (Nancy) of Hoschton, GA, son Charles (Ann) of Andover, MA, 5 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center, Edison, NJ in Louis’ name.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 11 to 1 pm at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Avenue, Dunellen, NJ.
