Jeffrey Hoffman, 55, of Branchburg, passed away peacefully on Monday; April 9th, 2018 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington with his loving family and friends by his side. Born in Newark to John and Elizabeth Hoffman, Jeff grew up in North Plainfield and has lived in Branchburg for the last 26 years.
Jeff worked in the Custom Millwork industry for 30 years. Jeff was an active member of St.Nicholas Church and enjoyed being one of the "Dough Boys" when making pierogies. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him for his sense of humor and his passion as a cyclist and most of all his friendship.
He is predeceased by his father John Hoffman, and brother Kevin Hoffman, Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 33 years Debra (Motuz) Hoffman of Branchburg, son, Jeffrey Hoffman of Vernon, mother, Elizabeth Hoffman, and brother, Craig Hoffman(Barbara) of Easton, PA., mother- in- law Olga Motuz, sisters-in-laws Donna Owens (Terry), Denise Klapp (Phil) and brother-in-law Dan Motuz (Valerie) along with many nieces and nephews and many dear friends. He will be Greatly Missed.
There will be a visitation on Sunday; April 15th from 2-6PM at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave., Dunellen. A funeral mass will take place on Monday; April 16th at 10 :00am Mass Time at St Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church in Dunellen. Cremation will be private. In Lieu of flowers,donations can be made in Jeffrey’s name to St Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, 119 Madison Ave., Dunellen, NJ 08812.
