Frank J Dreyer, 88 of Piscataway, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at the VA Hospital in Lyons, Bernards Township, NJ. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, he was the son of the late William and Elizabeth (Mueller) Dreyer.
Mr. Dreyer served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. Later, he worked for American Cyanamid in Linden, and after that, he was a purchasing manager for Polymer Extruded Products in Newark. He was a boy scout leader for many years, and was also a member of the American Legion Oregon Post in Elizabeth. Frank was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Piscataway.
Mr. Dreyer is predeceased by his first wife, Julia (McCaffrey) Dreyer in 2001 and by his son Stephen. He is survived by his wife, Coralie(Rustako),his children Leslie Ann Woodworth, Mark Dreyer, Alice Denise Kaufman, Richard Kenneth Dreyer, Frank Jay Dreyer, William Joseph Dreyer, Robert Terrance Dreyer, Julieanne Falzarano, Joan Marie Dreyer and Carla Jean Fletcher and by numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
All services are under the direction of the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave in Dunellen. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 9, 2017 at 11:00am Sheenan Funeral Home.Burial will follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery in South Plainfield, with military honors.The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to your favorite charity.
