Connie A. (Auteri) Sprayberry

Connie A. Sprayberry, 68, of Piscataway, passed away suddenly on Wednesday; November 21st, 2018 at JFK Hospital in Edison. Born in Hoboken, she is the daughter of Salvatore and Marie Auteri.
 
Connie has been a resident of Piscataway for over 40 years. She held many jobs, most recently with the Piscataway Township Board of Education. She worked for Verizon in Basking Ridge for numerous years. Connie was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Piscataway where she served on the Rosary Society. She was a member of the Columbiettes in the Ford chapter and past president of the South Plainfield and Dunellen chapter. Connie was active with F.I.S.H, she served as a Eucharistic Minister, and was involved with Heritage Day. Connie was a loving and active member of the community, she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was a lover of music and a pianist of 60 years.
 
She is pre-deceased by her father Salvatore Auteri. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, David Sprayberry of Piscataway, 2 sons; Anthony Sprayberry of Piscataway and Stephen Sprayberry of Edison, her mother, Marie Auteri of Piscataway, mother-in-law Betty Sprayberry of Linden, and many loving nieces and nephews.
 
Visitation will be held on Tuesday; November 27th, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave, Dunellen. A Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday; November 28th at 10:30AM at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Piscataway. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Connie’s name can be made to the Our Lady of Fatima Building Fund, 501 New Market Rd, Piscataway, NJ.
