It was more important to Clem to give every one a chance to play no matter if you were a good player or not. Winning was secondary. The kids from Dunellen can never repay his dedication.

Sincere respects to you Butch, and the entire Santy family. From St. John's football coach to the head of the Dunellen Recreation Department, Clem was a special man who lives on through the people whose lives he had an impact on.

On the last day I saw Clem, he said, "I love people," and it showed in his kindness and his mercy towards everyone no matter how flawed. He was a gift to me and my children. He left an amazing legacy of love to them and to you, Butch. God bless you and comfort you in your loss. Love, Susan Mawyer
