Anna T (Parlock) Fitzgerald

Anna T. Fitzgerald, 90, passed away peacefully at her home in Middlesex on Wednesday, November 7, with her loving family by her side. Born in Bayonne, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Kupec) Parlock.
Anna is a graduate of Dunellen High School and St. Peter's School of Nursing.  She worked at St. Peter's Hospital.  She also worked at the Middlesex County Jail  as the staff nurse.  Anna finished her career in geriatric nursing at Greenbrook Manor Nursing Home.  Anna loved spending time at the Jersey shore.
 Anna is predeceased by her husband, Vincent J., her brother Andrew and her sisters, Agnes, Marie, Helen, and Catherine.  Anna is survived by her children, Mary Ann Greczek and her husband Ron of Middlesex, sons, James of Dunellen, Vincent and his wife Julie of Cranford, John and his wife Jeanne of Dunellen, and Tim and his wife Nancy of Warren.  She is survived by her grandchildren Jeffrey, Alex and Jenna Greczek, Jennifer, Amy, Vincent, and Thomas Fitzgerald, Christina and John Fitzgerald, and Alexa, Timothy, and Kelly Fitzgerald.  Anna is also survived by her sister Rose Marsjanik.
Friends may visit the family on Sunday, November 11 from 4:00-8:00pm at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave in Dunellen. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, November 12 at 9:30am at Our Lady of Mt. Virgin Catholic Church in Middlesex. Burial will follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery in South Plainfield. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anna’s name to the Dunellen Public Library, 100 New Market Rd, Dunellen, NJ 08812
