Pat married Stan in 1964. It was a love affair that would last for more than 53 years. They lived in Irvington, before moving to Piscataway in 1968. It was there that they raised their 5 children. She and Stan were communicants of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Piscataway. Stan became a Deacon and Pat served on the parish council. She would go on to be a member of the Rosary Altar Society, Adoration Coordinator, and editor of the parish newsletter. Pat also taught CCD for the confirmation program, and was in charge of the Confirmandi and their service projects, going to nursing homes and collecting food for FISH for 10 years.
