Margaret E. Apadula

Margaret E. Apadula, 62, devoted mother and wife, passed away on October 12, 2016 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in Somerville with her loving family by her side.
Margaret was born in Plainfield and raised in Green Brook, graduating from Green Brook High School in 1972. A Licensed Practical Nurse for over 30 years, she was a graduate of Somerset County Technical School of Nursing, Class of 1974. Margaret worked for various hospitals and facilities throughout her career, touching many lives.
She is predeceased by her beloved parents, George and Dorothy Barile. Surviving are her dedicated husband, Vincent, two daughters, Natalie and Deanna Apadula of Bound Brook, three sisters, Gail LaBonce of Tarpon Springs, FL, Georgene DeMato of Bound Brook, Marygene Reilly of Manahawkin, two grandchildren, Dominique and Zachary Yachera, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and her two mini dachshunds, Louie and Coco.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave in Dunellen from  3:00 PM -7:00 PM. A mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 17 at 9:00 AM at St John's Catholic Church in Dunellen where she was a communicant. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local animal rescue in her name.
