Jeannette Randolph Duryea

Jeannette Randolph Duryea, 87, a lifelong resident of Piscataway, died April 10, 2017 at JF Kennedy Medical Center in Edison. She is a direct descendant of one of the original families in Piscataway (Fitz-Randolph) and was born, raised and lived in the orig. family homestead. She began her school bus driving career with Williams Bus Service in 1965, and retired with the Piscataway Bd of Ed 40 yrs later.Jeannette was a member of the Raritan Valley Seventh Day Baptist Church in Bridgewater and the VFW Auxillary of Piscataway/Dunellen. She was predeceased by her husband Wilbur in 1978 and a son, Thomas in 2005.

Surviving is her daughter Antoinette Duryea of Piscataway, a son Guy and his wife Carmella of Las Vegas, 5 grandchildren, Dawn Kupst and husband John, Denise Kubajak and husband David, Michael Duryea and fiancé Bernadette, Christopher Bascianelli and wife Sharon, Mary Elizabeth Regan and 8 great grandchildren.

Visiting will be Mon. 3-5 7-9PM at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave., Dunellen. Services will be Tues at the funeral home, 10:00am. Interment  Lake Nelson Memorial Park, Piscataway.
