Constance Robshaw, 88, of Piscataway, passed away on Tuesday; November 21st at her home. Born in Battle Creek, Michigan to the late Mary (Hickey) and William Mennitt, she was a lifelong resident of Piscataway.
Constance worked as a secretary for many years in the department of history at Rutgers University. She loved to travel, Ireland being her favorite place to visit. She was an active member of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Piscataway. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is predeceased by her husband Arthur, Constance is survived by her 2 daughters, Janice Tirpak and George of Piscataway, and Gayle McCulloch of FL, son, Arthur Robshaw and wife Nancy of Piscataway, grandchildren, Shawn McCulloch, Lindsay DeFilippis, Kristopher Robshaw, Dana Goldberg, Ian Tirpak, and Ryan Robshaw, great-grandchildren; Joey Liput, Hali McCulloch, Ava Larue, Jayce Larue, Alivia DeFilippis, and Wyatt Goldberg, and brother, Raymond Menitt and wife Phyllis.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 26th from 3-7PM at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave., Dunellen. A funeral mass will take place on Monday, November 27th at 10:30AM at Our Lady of Fatima, Piscataway. Entombment to follow at Lake Nelson Memorial Park, Piscataway.
