Brian E. Ebel, Sr. 66, passed away at his home in Phillipsburg on Mar. 28, 2017. Brian, who was a roofer for 10 years, was born in Plainfield to the Late George and Eleanor Ebel. He was formerly of Watchung. When his two children were young, he enjoyed going fishing with them. He was predeceased also by his two sisters Kathleen McKnight and Brenda Monk.
Surviving is his loving wife F. Michelle, two sons Brian Jr. and wife Catherine of Warren, Michael of Phillipsburg, a brother Raymond Ebel Jr., of Plainfield, a sister Karen Young of Middlesex, five grandchildren, Kayla, Emily, Michael, Brielle, and Madison and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thurs. 6-8PM at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave., Dunellen. There will also be a 7:30PM funeral service on Thurs. Cremation will be private
