Alfred E. Lindorff, 95, of Edison, New Jersey, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at JFK Hospital in Edison. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of Peter and Elizabeth (Kondas) Lindorff.

Al moved in with Ray and Dianne where another generation of children called him "Uncle Al", a title he was very proud of.  Alfred was a genuinely nice, kind, and gentle man who loved spending time with family and friends.  He also enjoyed watching western movies. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Alfred was predeceased by his parents and all of his siblings: George, Elizabeth, Francis, Lillian and Irene. He was also predeceased by his most beloved nephew, Raymond Applegate, whom he helped raise.
